Life Coach/Dream Manager (Bilingual)

Core Hours

Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Flexible schedule necessary)

Bilingual in both English and Spanish is required.

UNIVERSAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the mission of the Company by identifying and accomplishing team and individual performance goals that directly support the goals of the Company.
  • Treat all employees, customers, and suppliers with respect and in accordance with the Company’s Code of Ethics and Leader’s Voyage® core values.
  • Follow all company GMPs and SOPs

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide life coaching to employees, including financial and grief coaching.
  • Meets with employees and leads them through the monthly Dream Manager Program modules.
  • Administers the selection process for identifying program participants.
  • Maintains scheduling system for monthly coaching and/or Dream Manager appointments and orders program supplies.
  • Maintains the measurement system for gathering feedback and results from the Dream Manager Program.
  • Identifies opportunities to incorporate the Dream Manager Program with the entire organization through team activities (i.e. meetings, retreats, etc.)
  • Develops and provides resources for participants.
  • Identifies possible opportunities for staff development or training based on feedback from the Dream Manager Program and life coaching.
  • Explores and maintains innovative ways to connect life coaching and the Dream Manager Program to the organization’s culture.
  • Reports program success, progress, and impact on leadership, participants, and the larger organization.
  • Effectively represent and communicate the Dream Manager program both internally and externally.

PERIODIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organizes and facilitates the monthly Enrichment Onboarding Orientation.
  • Coordinates the Company’s Suter U program.
  • Organizes and facilities Ramsey+ Financial Peace University classes.
  • Coordinates the Suter Serves program.
  • Assists with developing and maintaining “caring” benefits (i.e. Corporate Chaplain, RightNow Media program, etc.)
  • Assist the Human Resource Team as needed.
Requirements

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related field; 10 years’ experience in human resources; or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Achieve and maintain a life coaching certification.
  • Achieve and maintain a Dream Manager Certification with Floyd Consulting.
  • Achieve and maintain a financial certification (i.e. FPU Coordinator)

KNOWLEDGE

  • Direct experience in organizational and human resource strategic planning and execution; design, development and implementation of programs; interpreting and advising on human resources.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-developed skills in the preparation and delivery of presentations.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, the Company database system, the internet, and email. Prior experience with an HRIS database is helpful.
  • Knowledge of organizational development theory and practices.

ABILITIES AND SKILLS

  • Reasoning – Comprehending difficult concepts; able to combine pieces of information to form general rules or conclusions (from seemingly unrelated events) when solving problems; project management; bringing others independently or together to resolve issues; and assisting others to develop written plans.
  • Mathematical – Arithmetic calculations involving fractions, decimals, and percentages; occasional algebraic or geometric calculations; able to work efficiently to help participants create budgets and use various software and apps.
  • Language – Ability to communicate information, ideas, and instructions in speaking and writing so others will understand; ability to gather and organize information to write reports and/or articles for publication; prepare and deliver presentations; evaluate data and counsel or advise people.
  • Physical Effort – Sedentary work; exert a negligible amount of force constantly and up to 10 pounds of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
  • Visual – Far, near mid-range vision, depth perception, color identification, and field of vision (peripheral)
  • Activity – Regularly talk, hear, walk, and use finger dexterity; occasionally stand, climb, engage in repetitive motions, and reach with hands and arms.
