Sweet pineapple and coconut bring a refreshing dimension to our delicious chicken salad.

Makes: 6-8 Servings (depending upon desired portion size)
Ingredients
2 cups Sycamore Farms® Chicken Salad
8 ounces chunk pineapple, drained and chopped
2 tablespoons red bell pepper, diced
4 tablespoons coconut flakes
3 tablespoons macadamia nuts - chopped

Mix above ingredients and serve.
Serving Suggestion
Serve on a bed of fresh greens with pineapple wedges and crackers.
