Baked Chicken and Vegetable Medley

Back to basics with a homestyle chicken salad casserole.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30-35 minutes
Makes: 6-8 Servings (depending upon desired portion size)
Ingredients
2 cups Sycamore Farms® Chicken Salad
½ cup frozen broccoli (blanch and drain)
½ cup frozen peas and carrots (blanch and drain) - or any other frozen vegetable
3 tablespoons bread crumbs (can substitute Panko or corn flakes)
1 tablespoon parmesan cheese
Recipe
Mix chicken salad and veggies – bake at 400 for 25 minutes, then top with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese and bake another 5-8 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Serve as a family style entree.
